The birds at Guernsey have been liberated at 07.30 hrs into broken sky. Wind is north easterly at a speed of 12 mph over the channel and Southern England. Visibility is 5 to 6 miles. South Wales, the Midlands, East Anglia and Southern Regions could see some heavy showers develop in the morning and afternoon.
